These terms are for Xocana (sho-KAH-nah). They are a written record of the deal, in plain language, for the parent or guardian who owns the account.

Who the account is for

You must be an adult and the parent or legal guardian of any child who uses Xocana with you. Children use Xocana through your account; they never have an account, an email address or a password of their own.

What we do with your family’s content

We use what your family makes in Xocana to do the job you came for: to keep it, show it back to you, and turn it into stories. It is stored encrypted, with a key held for your account alone. Xocana has no ads and no third-party tracking. We never sell your family’s data, or any part of it, to anyone.

When a model sees it

Making a story means sending the relevant drawing or idea to an AI service run by Amazon Web Services, which processes it and hands the result straight back. The model provider is barred from keeping it. We do not use your family’s drawings or stories to train models — ours or anybody else’s. Every request passes safety checks before and after.

Safety

Children never talk to strangers in Xocana: there is no chat, no public feed and no contact between users. Grown-up actions, such as purchases, links that leave the app and settings, sit behind a parental gate.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself. Do not upload anything you have no right to share, and do not upload photos of people.

No warranty

The app is offered as-is. We work hard on safety, but no filter is perfect; please use Xocana together with your child, especially at first.

Changes

We may update these terms. When the deal changes we ask you to agree again rather than assuming you noticed, and the date at the top is the version you are reading.

Leaving

Sign out any time. Delete my account destroys your encryption key and everything your family made in Xocana. That cannot be undone, by us or by anyone.
